**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of elderly patients at their premises to identify their physical needs and mobility limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that address each patient's specific needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and mobility training to improve physical function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and overall wellness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and caregivers, to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in geriatric physiotherapy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Current license to practice physiotherapy.
- Proven experience in geriatric physiotherapy or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with elderly patients.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to enhance the well-being of seniors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of assistive devices and adaptive techniques for elderly care.
- Familiarity with geriatric health conditions and age-related physical changes.
- Certification in specialized therapies is a plus.
