They ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical records, which are crucial for patient care and communication among healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

- **Transcribing dictation**: Listening to recordings of physicians or other healthcare providers and typing them into written documents.
- **Proofreading and editing**: Reviewing transcriptions for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and proper medical terminology.
- **Maintaining medical records**: Ensuring records are complete, consistent, and adhere to confidentiality guidelines.
- **Using specialized equipment and software**: Operating transcription software and familiarizing themselves with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- **Filing and managing documents**: Curating and filing finished documents according to employer policies.
- **Ensuring confidentiality**: Adhering to patient privacy guidelines and legal documentation requirements.
- **Quality control**: Performing audits and ensuring the quality of work.
- **Data entry**: Entering medical information into EHR systems.
- **Collaboration**: Seeking clarification from healthcare providers on medical notes when needed.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
