**Full-Time Virtual Assistant (US Shift or Canada)**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations at our digital marketing agency.

2. Assist in digital marketing endeavors, such as social media management, content creation, and campaign coordination.

3. Collaborate with team members on Canva design assignments, creating graphics, infographics, and other visual content.

4. Engage in cold calling potential clients and follow up on leads, maintaining accurate records of all communications.

5. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.

6. Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.

7. Research industry trends, competitors, and market insights to bolster marketing strategies.

9. Provide general support to team members and assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:
1. Proficiency in spoken and written English with exceptional communication skills.

2. Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work setting.

3. Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling effective task prioritization.

4. Experience or a strong interest in digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.

5. Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is advantageous.

6. Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.

7. Must be a quick learner, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

8. A reliable internet connection and a well-equipped home office setup for remote work.
