*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Technician to join our team. As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems. You will work with our team to ensure that solar panel systems are installed and functioning correctly, providing clean energy solutions to our customers.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Install solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties
- Conduct site assessments to determine solar panel system requirements
- Design and configure solar panel systems to meet customer needs
- Install and connect solar panels, inverters, and other system components
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar panel systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with solar panel systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Provide excellent customer service and support

*Requirements:*
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., electrical engineering) preferred
- 2+ years of experience in solar panel installation and maintenance
- NABCEP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, solar panel technology, and safety protocols
- Physical ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
