**Job Description (JD): Logistics Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform system entries and GRP processes.
- Generate and manage dispatch invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports, GSTR-1 reports, and GSTR-2 reports for compliance and analysis.
- Obtain quotations from freight forwarders and finalize with appropriate approvals.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for pre-alert documents and forward these to the CHA (Customs House Agent) for customer clearance.
- Manage transit insurance for domestic and import shipments to ensure coverage during transportation.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
