You will be responsible for translating clients' requirements and ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Your expertise in architectural principles, creativity, technical proficiency, and project management skills will contribute to the successful execution of architectural projects.

**Responsibilities**:

Design and Concept Development:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, functional requirements, and design preferences.
- Create architectural concepts and develop design proposals, considering factors such as spatial functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and building codes.
- Prepare architectural drawings, renderings, and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Utilize architectural software and tools to create and present design models and plans.

Project Management:

- Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure the smooth progression of architectural projects.
- Prepare project timelines, schedules, and budgets, and monitor project progress to meet established milestones and deadlines.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
- Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, finishes, and fixtures for construction projects.

Technical Expertise:

- Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
- Conduct research on new materials, construction methods, and technologies to incorporate innovative and sustainable design elements.
- Collaborate with engineers and other specialists to integrate structural, electrical, mechanical, and other systems into architectural designs.

Client Interaction and Communication:

- Engage in regular communication with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress.
- Present design proposals, plans, and visualizations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to discuss design concepts and obtain necessary approvals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including interior designers, landscape architects, and contractors, to ensure design coherence and project success.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including design briefs, contracts, specifications, and progress reports.
- Maintain accurate records of project-related correspondence, changes, and approvals.
- Review and evaluate contractor bids, proposals, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for regulatory approvals and permits.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure as an architect is required.
- Proven experience working as an architect, preferably in a design or architectural firm.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong design and visualization skills, with the ability to translate concepts into drawings and presentations.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, building systems, and construction techniques.
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address design challenges and resolve construction issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to project requirements and deadlines.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
