IT Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Support end-users with daily IT problems and queries.
- Maintain and manage inventory of IT equipment.
- Document issues and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve IT processes.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 1 year of experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
- Good understanding of computer systems, networks, and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and common troubleshooting tools.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols, routers, and switches.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
