A Degree/Diploma in Nursing with experience.
-RN & RM valid registration in Karnataka Nursing Council in nursing as well as midwifery

**Knowledge**:
Anatomy and physiology of Cardio Vascular System
-All ward procedures of basic nursing, BLS/ACLS
-Basic knowledge in common diagnostic tests and procedures in our hospital.
-Hospital policies and protocols.

**Skills**:
Phlebotomy
-Patient assessment.
-Knowledge on common drugs.
-Knowledge about handling pre and post angio and PTCA patient.

**Exclusive Job responsibilities**:
Assess the needs of the patients and plan of nursing care, administration of drugs and treatment, observation and recording of vital parameters.
-Attending rounds with medical personnel and assist in examination of patients and treatment.
-Follow hospital policies and maintain the core values.
-Proper bedside handing over to be ensured in each shift and follow the same.
-Maintaining registers like CCU & Ward admission Register, MI Register, Inventory etc.
-Sending the discharge patient with all reports and Explain discharge summary and about followup.
-Maintain cleanliness of CCU, its annexes and environments.
-Daily check of emergency drugs and life saving equipment.

**Participation**:
Attend unit meeting conducted by Managers & hospital.
-Attend training programs.
