Job Title: Tile Merchandiser
Industry Type: Ceramic Tiles
Department: Merchandising, Retail & eCommerce
Role Category: Merchandising & Planning
Location: Mumbai/ Lonavala

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Understanding consumer behaviour and preferences
2. Ability to create product range plans and financial plans
3. Be responsible for product portfolio and vendor relationships; negotiate with vendors for pricing, delivery timelines etc.
4. Someone who can take it from 0 to 1 and evolve the entire catalogue as a business

**Job Expectations**:
1. On-ground experience in merchandising for similar categories/industries
2. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in ceramic tiles industry merchandising
3. Experience in similar industries a plus (like interior design firms, furniture, real estate, etc)
4. Experience is pear heading/launching business verticals including and not limiting to P&L management, vendor management, team hiring and management, marketing and branding strategies.
5. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

**Minimum Qualification**: Graduate, Masters, PhD

**Minimum Job Experience**: 2-3 years

**Reporting to**: CMD

**Travel**: Yes, as and when required.
