**What you’ll do**
- Lead conversations—via phone and virtual calls—to uncover goals and challenges
- Translate client needs into tailored education solutions covering guidance, research, and writing
- Maintain and qualify leads in our CRM to drive conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless delivery
- Own the follow-up process, ensuring every prospect feels heard and supported
**Who you are**
- A graduate (Education, Psychology, Business preferred)
- With 1-3 years in international sales, counseling, academic advising, or customer support
- A clear communicator—verbal and written—with empathy-driven persuasion
- Proficient in Zoom/Google Meet and comfortable navigating CRM systems
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ready to embrace night shifts and adapt to time-zone demands
