Role Overview:
The Marketing and Sales Intern will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing teams with lead generation, client outreach, and marketing activities. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing and sales within the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Outreach:

- Conduct research to identify potential leads and build a strong lead pipeline.

2. Market Research:

- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities.
- Gather insights on target industries to help refine sales strategies.

3. Social Media and Content Support:

- Assist with content creation for social media platforms, blogs, and other digital marketing channels.
- Schedule and monitor social media posts to enhance brand visibility.

4. Sales Support:

- Assist with sales presentations and proposals for client meetings.
- Coordinate follow-up communications with prospects to nurture leads.

5. Data Management and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of leads and prospects.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales and marketing activities.

6. Event and Webinar Support:

- Assist in planning and organizing webinars, online events, and client meetings.
- Manage follow-up communications and support with post-event reporting.

7. Client Relationship Management:

- Build rapport with prospects through regular follow-ups and personalized communications.
- Provide prompt responses to client queries to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

8. Marketing Campaign Support:

- Track and analyze campaign performance to provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and digital marketing strategies.

4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

5. Ability to conduct market research and compile findings.

6. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
