**Responsibilities**:
Edit and produce short
- and long-form videos including brand videos, client case studies, explainer videos, product walkthroughs, and social media reels.
Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to develop visual content strategies that align with brand goals.
Create motion graphics, infographics, and animations as needed.
Maintain and evolve the visual brand identity across all design projects.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to consistently improve quality and innovation.
Manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic designing and video editing.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic motion graphics), and Canva.
Familiarity with video formats, editing techniques, transitions, subtitles, and audio syncing.
Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to take creative direction and work independently.
A portfolio of previous work showcasing graphic and video editing skills.
**Good to Have**:
Experience in B2B or tech marketing environments.
Experience in podcast editing or creating animated explainer videos.
