Montessori Teacher

**Responsibilities**
- Observing and guiding children with their learning needs
- Gathering resource materials and developing lesson plans
- Introducing various learning exercises to help children learn better
- Creating a safe and positive learning environment for the children
- Tracking students’ progress and maintaining a report on the same
- Accompanying students on field trips and other school activities
- Attending seminars and workshops as and when required
- Coordinating and collaborating with other Teachers to develop lesson plans
- Communicating students’ progress with their parents
- Adhering to the educational policies and guidelines at all times

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or equivalent degree
- Holding Montessori training and certification from a reputed institute
- Proven work experience as a Montessori Teacher, Teacher, or a similar role in the Educationdepartment
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
