**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of manual jewelry designers
- Create and review high-quality hand-drawn diamond jewelry designs
- Understand market trends and client requirements to guide design direction
- Ensure design feasibility and alignment with production capabilities
- Collaborate with CAD, merchandising, and production teams
- Maintain documentation, timelines, and quality standards

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in manual diamond jewelry designing
- Strong sketching, visualization, and creative skills
- Excellent understanding of diamond cuts, settings, and craftsmanship
- Leadership or team management experience preferred
- Diploma or Degree in Jewelry Design is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects
