Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Promotion: Actively engage in promoting credit card products to potential customers through various channels, including direct sales, telemarketing, digital marketing, and networking.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding credit card products.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing leads, following up with prospects, and closing sales opportunities.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the features, benefits, terms, and conditions of different credit card offerings. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers to assist them in selecting the most suitable credit card.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies governing credit card sales and customer interactions.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in the credit card industry. Use market insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and sales growth.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the credit card or financial services industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent salesmanship and persuasion abilities.

Sound knowledge of credit card products, financial principles, and banking regulations.

Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.86 - ₹25,476.61 per month
