**Position Reports to: Senior HRBP**
1. Workforce Planning & TA:
- Assist in the development and execution of workforce plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify critical roles and create talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with TA to hire right talent, Engaging in requirement fulfilling by evaluation process, Offer Negotiation & Employee branding.
2. Employee Performance: Coach managers to improve their effectiveness and support employees in managing their careers (performance & potential).
3. Competency Building: Enable the process of developing key competencies in the function, by supporting L&D to identify competency requirements (technical and behavioral) for all roles.
4. Employee Engagement: Connect with employees periodically & drive employee engagement initiatives.
5. Advocacy: Champion employee advocacy by being the 'voice' of the employee. Also, champion all Diversity & Inclusion initiatives within the function.
