**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy**: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, landing pages, and other web content.
- **Technical SEO**: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance, crawlability, and indexability.
- **Link Building**: Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable sources.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Perform competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a successful track record of improving search engine rankings.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing.
- **Experience with Content Management Systems**: Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
- **Local SEO Experience**: Experience with local SEO and optimizing Google My Business listings.
