About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Fresher to assist our Business Development (BD) team in sales and field activities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in sales and marketing within the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist BD team during client meetings and field visits
Support lead generation, client follow-ups, and market mapping
Promote company services through offline and basic online channels
