Stainless Still Tube Operator

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate tubemill machinery to produce high-quality stainless steel tubing
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to prevent breakdowns
- Troubleshoot issues and make repairs as needed
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Work with quality control team to ensure products meet specifications
- Collaborate with production team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with tubemill or similar equipment
- Knowledge of stainless steel properties and production processes
- Certification in welding or machining
- Experience with quality control procedures

Work Environment:

- Manufacturing facility with heavy machinery and equipment
- May be exposed to loud noises, dust, and extreme temperatures
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
