Machine Operator

**Terafac** is hiring a **Machine Operator**.

**Machine Operator**
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, adjustments) to start production cycles.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Monitor machine operations, identify malfunctions, and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance and perform basic repairs to keep machinery in optimal condition.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet the quality and safety standards.
- Maintain production and operational logs accurately.
- Comply with all company safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members for smooth production workflows.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- ITI or Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, Fitter, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in a welding or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, welding symbols, and instruction manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.
