Position Overview:
As a Data Entry Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of data across various projects and supporting our back-end processes. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our data and assisting in the smooth operation of our day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into our systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.

Data Quality Control: Conduct regular data quality checks and verification to maintain high data accuracy standards.

Data Maintenance: Organize and maintain data records, files, and documentation in an organized and systematic manner.

Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Reporting: Generate and compile reports, as needed, to assist management in making informed decisions.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the optimization of back-end processes.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential data with the utmost discretion and compliance with data protection regulations.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies efficiently.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

A commitment to maintaining data security and confidentiality.

Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
