Job Title: Female Telesales Representative

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists.
- Present and explain products or services to potential customers.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers to make a purchase.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
