Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer role hands-on experience with Kubernetes technology. Person would be responsible for design, automate and deployments on specific cloud platforms/container platforms, participating in all phases of the development and maintenance life cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Designing, building and maintaining Containerized Cloud hosted SaaS solutions
- Improving the reliability of SaaS Solution with focus on security.
- Putting everything as code
- Working in close collaboration with multi-functional teams
- Participate in continuous improvement of architecture, infrastructure, processes focusing security including influence on the future direction and technology used for development
- Participate in scrum planning and tracking including task investigation, work breakdown and estimation

**Educational Qualifications** **and Experience**:

- Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master / Bachelor level);
- Minimum total 8 years of experience.
- 2-4 years hands-on experience on Kubernetes based container platforms (i.e., Openshift, AWS EKS)
- Strong knowledge of systems (Linux, GNU tooling), networking (OSI model, DNS, routing) and virtualization vs containerization
- Security & Compliance awareness
- Hands-on experience with IAC & Configuration tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Public clouds; AWS/Azure/GCP
- Openshift or Kubernetes certification preferred (CKAD/CKA)
- Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) certification preferred.
