**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with internal partners to interpret project briefs and develop relevant concepts into content
- Ensure that all products are proofed and ready for delivery or posting
- Prepare files and concept boards for client review and presentation
- Write enticing copies for a variety of media including social, print, and online
- Perform keyword research
- Edit and proofread to ensure high editorial standards are met across all contents
- Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines
- Conceptualize and write SEO-friendly blogs and website copy
- Come up with creative campaigns for social media, newsletters, whitepapers, etc. to drive engagement and conversions
- Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to assess project needs
- Stay up to date on current trends within the marketing and editorial sphere
- Manage multiple projects with short deadlines
- Monitor content-related metrics (web traffic, conversion rates, CTRs, bounce rates, etc.)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator, and Outlook
- Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis, and acronyms
- A solid understanding of SEO concepts preferred

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
