**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
**APAC Hiring Preferably**
Sourcing & Screening: Effectively use job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases to source top IT talent.
C2H & Permanent Hiring: Handle both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and permanent hiring processes efficiently.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of profiles.
Market Research: Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Offer Negotiation: Handle salary negotiations, finalizing offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 6 months to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in sourcing and hiring for technology roles.
Sourcing Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Linkedin Monster, job portals.
Hiring Models: Experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and permanent hiring.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive & Target Driven: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
