**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven SEO Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our websites, improving organic search rankings, and driving targeted traffic. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute SEO strategies and help achieve business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms and optimize website content accordingly.
- On-page optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, heading tags, and content updates.
- Perform website audits to identify technical SEO issues and work on improving website performance.
- Analyze website traffic and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others.
- Monitor and report on the progress of SEO campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create and implement link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure that strategies are effective.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content creation.
- Assist with off-page SEO and local SEO efforts, including social media optimization, directory submissions, and local business listings.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable insights for improving our SEO strategy.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic website updates.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and the latest digital marketing trends.
- Good understanding of keyword research, content optimization, and website performance analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of link-building strategies and outreach techniques.
