**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Review prescriptions for appropriateness, potential drug interactions, and dosage accuracy.
- Advise medical staff on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications.
- Monitor patient responses to drug therapies and adjust treatments as needed in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Prepare sterile and non-sterile medications, including IV medications and chemotherapy agents.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of pharmaceuticals and compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensed medications and pharmacy inventory.
- Educate patients and hospital staff on the correct use of medications.
- Contribute to the development and review of hospital drug policies and formularies.
- Support antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety programs.
- Participate in clinical audits and research as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
