**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of production workers, ensuring that they are working safely, efficiently, and meeting quality standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes and ensure that they are being followed.
- Coordinate with the production manager to plan and schedule production activities, ensuring that deadlines are met, and production targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures, including regular inspections of production equipment and facilities.
- Train new production workers and provide ongoing training to ensure that they are working safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure that production processes are integrated and optimized.
- Keep track of clients' orders and ensure that the right order is being sent, weighed and packaged correctly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and sales departments to ensure that adequate stock is available for production.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 1 or more years of experience in business related fields.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations, quality control measures, and production management techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
