**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Conceptualize and create innovative designs for clothing, accessories, or collections aligned with the brand's vision.
- **Trend Analysis**: Research and analyze current fashion trends, market demands, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions.
- **Sketching & Prototyping**: Develop sketches, mood boards, and prototypes, ensuring designs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
- **Material Selection**: Collaborate with sourcing teams to select high-quality fabrics, materials, and embellishments.
- **Production Coordination**: Work closely with production teams to oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring quality standards are met.
- **Fitting & Adjustments**: Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs for optimal fit and appearance.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with marketing and sales teams to present collections and understand customer feedback.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of designs, specifications, and changes for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, têxtiles, and pattern making.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
- Knowledge of fashion merchandising and retail trends.
