
Retail Sales Executive

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide desired appropriate products of hardwares
- Recommend and sell hardware and building materials, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build customer relationships and promote our range of hardware and wholesale building materials.
- Process orders, track inventory, and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely completion.
- Work directly with contractors, builders, and retail customers, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing revenue growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers (contractors, developers, and retail clients).
- Maintain a database of customer contacts, orders, and preferences.
- Ensure products are displayed effectively to attract customers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for restocking as needed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and update management on progress.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve product or service issues promptly.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Min 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in building materials, hardware, or a related industry.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
