Key Responsibilities:
Ø **Team Leadership**: Supervise and lead a team of registration officers and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure efficient and effective operation of the ROC office.
Ø **Company Registration**: Oversee the process of company registration, including the examination and approval of incorporation documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and issuing certificates of incorporation.
Ø **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant laws and regulations governing company registration and administration, staying updated on changes in legislation and advising the team accordingly.
Ø **Stakeholder Coordination**: Collaborate with government agencies, legal professionals, business owners, and other stakeholders to streamline registration processes, address inquiries, and resolve issues related to company registration and compliance.
Ø **Record Maintenance**:Maintain accurate records of registered companies, including filings, annual reports, and other relevant documents, and ensure proper storage and accessibility of records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Ø **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to uphold the accuracy and integrity of registration processes and documentation, conducting periodic audits and reviews to identify and address areas for improvement.
Ø **Customer Service**:Provide assistance and guidance to customers seeking information or assistance with company registration and compliance matters, ensuring prompt and courteous service delivery.
Ø **Training and Development**: Develop training programs and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members, conducting training sessions and workshops as needed to ensure competency and compliance with procedures.
Skills & Requirements:
Ø In-depth knowledge of company law, corporate governance principles, and regulatory requirements governing businesses.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and facilitate constructive dialogue.
Ø Leadership qualities with the ability to lead a team, manage resources, and drive organizational goals and objectives.
Ø Sound judgment and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting transparency and accountability in the corporate sector.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
