We are looking for a skilled Catalog Designer to help us create a professional, print-ready catalog using an existing design template and product data from our Shopify store.

You will organize product information, images, and descriptions into well-structured catalog pages that match our online store’s categories. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to layout detail are essential.

**About the Company**

ADI is an education company based in the United States that develops hands-on science and math materials for schools. Our products include books, kits, posters, and classroom tools designed to help teachers engage students in meaningful learning experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Use an existing InDesign template to create catalog pages.
- Organize pages by category (Books, Kits, Classroom Supplies, etc.).
- Format and align product titles, SKUs, and pricing consistently.
- Ensure image quality, cropping, and alignment are correct.
- Export print-ready (CMYK, 300 dpi) and web-optimized PDFs.
- Deliver organized source files (InDesign package).
- Work closely with our internal team to review proofs and make revisions.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Strong understanding of layout design and print production standards (bleeds, margins, color modes).
- Experience designing multi-page catalogs, brochures, or booklets.
- Ability to follow templates, maintain design consistency, and manage large amounts of content.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Shopify exports or CSV files is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines.

**Project Details**
- Contract position (initial project ~44-54 pages).
- Each page includes 6-8 products.
- Estimated timeline: 3-4 weeks for the initial catalog.
- Possibility of ongoing work for future catalogs and marketing materials (we have three more catalogs in the pipeline).

**Compensation**
- Payment milestones upon delivery of approved drafts and final files.
