**Job Description: Customer Calling Executive**

**Job Type**:Full-Time (Work from Office)

**Working Hours**:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to patients to discuss their knee and hip pain issues.
- Provide information on Knee Xpert's treatments and solutions.
- Listen attentively to patients’ concerns and answer their questions.
- Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve performance targets and earn performance-based incentives.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers and graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Marathi, Gujarati, and Telugu is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
