Job Title: Extrusion Machine Operator

The Extrusion Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently. This role involves setting up machinery, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Responsibilities
- Set up and operate extrusion machines according to production specifications and schedules.
- Monitor machine operations, including temperature, speed, and pressure, to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to optimize production efficiency and meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on extruded products, visually inspecting for defects and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs or adjustments to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Keep work area clean and organized, including removing waste materials and cleaning equipment between production runs.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate production activities and address any issues that arise.
- Document production activities, including machine settings, production output, and any quality issues encountered.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- **Should have experience in Polystyrene tubing**

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation or manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience operating extrusion machines in Polystyrene Tubing is a MUST.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Shift - Rotational Shift

Job Location - Alandi, Pune

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
