Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to translate mockups and wireframes into fully functional websites.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
- Optimize website performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure high-performance and availability of the websites, managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
- Conduct regular website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Implement SEO best practices and ensure websites are fully responsive and mobile-friendly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, security updates, and WordPress releases.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a portfolio showcasing recent projects.
- Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Divi) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of website architecture, aesthetics, and best practices for user experience.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, website analytics tools, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of website hosting, domain management, and server configuration is a plus.
