**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of payroll solutions using Psft-Payroll for North America and Workday (HCM) Payroll.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (EHS) standards in all development activities.
- Develop and maintain production planning and control systems for industrial manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to payroll and manufacturing systems.
- Implement enhancements and optimizations to improve system performance and user experience.
- Participate in the design and architecture of new features and functionalities.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all development activities and system configurations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on payroll systems.
- Demonstrate expertise in Psft-Payroll for North America and Workday (HCM) Payroll.
- Have domain experience in Health & Safety (EHS) and Production Planning & Control in Industrial Manufacturing.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Certifications Required**
