**Job Description: Audiology Technician**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hearing Assessments**:

- Perform basic hearing tests, including Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA), in the clinic.
- Conduct initial ear screenings to evaluate hearing loss and determine potential solutions.
- **Home Visits**:

- Travel to clients' homes to perform basic ear tests and provide personalized recommendations for hearing aid solutions.
- Build strong relationships with patients by offering empathetic and professional service.
- **Hearing Aid Support**:

- Identify suitable hearing aids based on test results and client needs.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance on hearing aid usage.
- **Patient Care & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of tests performed and recommendations provided.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and professional standards during tests.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Handle and maintain audiological equipment in the clinic and during visits (Training will be given.
- Ensure testing devices are calibrated and functioning properly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Open to graduates from any field**; no prior experience in audiology is necessary.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills during training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for home visits.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient care.

**Training**:

- **Comprehensive in-house training**will be provided, covering audiological tests, hearing aid recommendations, and patient interaction skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in customer service, healthcare, or related fields is a plus.
- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with hearing aid technology (if applicable).
