**Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Odia language and literature as per the curriculum guidelines.**:

- **Create lesson plans and teaching aids to make learning engaging and interactive for primary students.**:

- **Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in odia.**:

- **Evaluate and assess student performance through assignments, tests, and activities.**:

- **Provide additional support to students needing extra help with their odia language skills.**:

- **Maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.**:

- **Collaborate with other teachers, coordinators, and school management for curriculum development and implementation.**:

- **Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.**:

- **Keep up-to-date with educational best practices and integrate new teaching methods where appropriate.**
