We are looking for smart Postgres DBA to join hands with us to grow together.

This position will be part of our Technology & Delivery organization. The individual will be reporting to a Tech Lead or Tech PM in this position. This division takes care of our customer deliveries, working on client projects. This division is also responsible for product development, R&D, frameworks development, IP creation, and building products that can go global.

The work location will be
**Baner, Pune.** This is a
**hybrid work **model, requiring the individual to be
**in office at least 2-3 days a week.**

The individual will work on automating the test cases and building robust test automation solutions for the client. The individual will interact with major business functions of the client, understand the current pain points and work towards implementing the solutions to meet the business requirements. This is a customer facing position and requires excellent communication & presentation skills.

As part of the DBA role, you will be working closely with the development team, analysing the performance issues, fine tune the queries, design databases and tables for the given requirements, Install/upgrade the Postgres database on Linux, and manage customer requirements.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Postgres DBA
- Good understanding of Database Architecture
- 3+ Years of extensive experience in **PL/pgsql**
- Installation configuration and upgradation of Postgresql in Linux
- Has experience in **migration from Oracle/SQL Server to Postgres**
- Excellent Performance tuning skills
- Extensive experience working with Linux environment
- Ability to manage customers and their requirements
- Good communication skills - Written & Verbal
- Experience with AWS
