**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about our academic programs, boarding facilities, extracurricular activities, and admission procedures.
- Manage the entire admissions cycle, from initial inquiry to student enrollment.
- Conduct campus tours, virtual information sessions, and interviews to showcase the school's offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies, including participation in educational fairs and online campaigns.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in admissions, student counseling, or educational marketing is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate prospective families' schedules.
