Job Summary: As the Health Tourism Public Relationship Manager at Medinetix Healthcare Private Limited, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote and enhance the company's presence in the health tourism industry. Your primary focus will be to build strong relationships with international patients, healthcare facilitators, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to attract and facilitate medical tourism to our state-of-the-art healthcare facilities. You will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless experience of international patients from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up, fostering a positive reputation for Medinetix Healthcare Private Limited in the global healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities:
International Patient Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for international patients, providing personalized assistance throughout their medical journey.
Address inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with medical teams to ensure patient needs are met and exceptional medical care is provided.

Marketing and Promotion:Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract international patients and healthcare facilitators to our facilities.
Plan and execute promotional events, medical conferences, and workshops to increase awareness of Medinetix Healthcare services worldwide.
Create compelling marketing materials, brochures, and online content to showcase the company's medical expertise and facilities.

Partnerships and Networking:Build and maintain relationships with international healthcare facilitators, travel agencies, embassies, and consulates to generate medical tourism leads.
Negotiate partnerships and referral agreements to expand the company's reach in the global health tourism market.
Represent the company in relevant industry conferences and trade shows to explore collaboration opportunities.

Service Quality and Feedback Management:Monitor the satisfaction levels of international patients and implement improvements based on feedback.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth patient experience and resolve any issues promptly.

Market Research and Analysis:Stay updated with global health tourism trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Budget Management:Develop and manage the health tourism marketing budget efficiently.
Track expenses and ROI of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in the healthcare or medical tourism industry, preferably with a focus on international patient relations or medical marketing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Understanding of various cultures and sensitivity to the needs of international patients.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
