We are looking for a Pastry Chef, your primary responsibility is to oversee the pastry and dessert section of the kitchen, creating delectable and visually appealing baked goods and desserts.

Experience: 4 - 10 years

Location: Kharghar

Immediate joiners are preferred.

**Responsibilities**:
**Menu Planning**: Develop and innovate pastry and dessert menus, considering seasonality, trends, and customer preferences.

**Production Management**: Supervise the preparation and baking of pastries, cakes, bread, and desserts, ensuring high quality and consistency.

**Recipe Creation**: Create new recipes or modify existing ones to introduce new and unique pastry offerings.

**Ingredient Management**: Manage inventory and sourcing of high-quality ingredients, maintaining freshness and standards.

**Staff Supervision**: Lead and train pastry staff, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to maintain high standards of performance.

**Quality Control**: Ensure all pastry items meet quality and presentation standards, following health and safety regulations.

**Menu Costing**: Work on costing recipes and maintaining budgetary requirements to ensure profitability.

**Collaboration**: Coordinate with other kitchen staff for seamless service and menu integration.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in pastry and dessert preparation.

**Culinary Skills**: Proficiency in pastry techniques, cake decorating, chocolate work, bread making, and dessert presentation.

**Creativity**: Ability to innovate and create visually appealing and delicious pastry items.

**Leadership Abilities**: Strong leadership and management skills to supervise a team and maintain a positive work environment.

**Organization**: Excellent organizational skills to manage production schedules and inventory effectively.

**Adaptability**: Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.

**Education**: Culinary arts degree or relevant certification in pastry arts.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
