**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Working Drawings & GFC Drawings**: Prepare accurate, high-quality drawings, including detailed working and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
- **Design Development & Conceptualization**: Assist in the creation and development of design concepts, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- **Collaboration & Feedback**: Work closely with seniors, project supervisors, and clients to incorporate feedback and adapt designs as necessary.
- **Vendor & Client Management**: Support in managing vendor relationships, procurement, and client interactions to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- **Multi-tasking Across Projects**: Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and adapting to evolving requirements.
- **Research & Innovation**: Conduct design research and stay current with industry trends to bring fresh ideas to each project.
- **General Support**: Assist in procurement processes and offer administrative support where necessary.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel (minimum), with additional knowledge of 3D design software and Photoshop being a strong advantage.
- **Design Expertise**: Experience with architectural and interior design drawings, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- **Strong Design Sense**: A keen eye for design with the ability to translate concepts into technical drawings and presentations.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working on multiple tasks and adjusting to changing project needs and client feedback.
- **Self-Motivation**: Able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- **Experience in Vendor & Client Relations**: Some background in managing relationships with vendors and assisting with client-facing tasks is preferred.
