You will be working as Project Controller at global grade 13 and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Industries Division based in Bangalore; India. In this role you will be reporting to the Business Controller. Responsible to Support Senior Project Manager in all financial and commercial matters and actively drive the project’s performance. Assigned to multiple smaller projects.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supports the tender manager on financial aspects - cashflow and provide input to negotiations on commercial, contractual issues and local risk review process.
- Provides input to the project execution plan on financial aspects, project cashflow planning, financial accounting and reporting (including project site accounting).
- Drives project currency exposures & hedging.
- Establish project governance process and participating in opportunity/risk identification, monitor that all required mitigation actions are timely implemented.
- Supports the project manager in coordinating and preparing monthly project reviews. Verifies the substance for cost to complete and project schedule.
- Provides support on claim management, back-charges and insurance cases and monitors the proper follow up together with the Contract Manager/Project Manager up-stream (towards customer), side-stream (towards consortia partner) as well as down-stream (towards suppliers).
- Promotes commercial awareness in the project team and provides commercial input to the project execution plan (such as T&C’s in supply management, claims, back to back conditions).

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CA preferred.
- 5 - 7 years of relevant working experience, with good understanding of project controlling.
- Experience working in an MNC preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting and reporting, preferably USGAAP & INGAAP.
- SAP skills especially in MM, SD, PS & FICO Module.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically on MS Excel & Power point.
