**Position Overview & Priorities**

As a visual designer, you will be part of the marketing team and enable the marketing programs through design. This role will sit at the intersection of design/brand experience and marketing growth. As part of this role, you will be responsible for elevating CometChat’s brand through design, improving user experience on the website and enabling internal marketing programs such as product launches, and newsletters.

**Accountabilities**:

- The conversion rate of website and landing pages.
- Timely delivery of design assets for all marketing programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with product and content marketing team and produce landing pages optimized for user experience and conversion.
- Continuously analyse the website experience and identify UX gaps and fix them through better design.
- Create assets ( infographics, gifs, motion graphics, static images, short videos ) that can be used as advertising collateral across display mediums.
- Create product/concept explainer videos.
- Work with external media creators and collaborate with them in the capacity of a brand custodian.
- Have 2-3+ years of visual design experience. Working with/in SaaS marketing teams is a plus.
- Have built website pages and other marketing assets in the past. Having experience working with Wefblow is a strong plus.
- Have strong proficiency in design tools of your choice (Figma/ Sketch/ Adobe)
- Have strong opinions, loosely held and would like to truly collaborate with marketers.
- Like asking ‘Why’ and looking at design as a tool to solve problems.
- Have a strong interest in business problems and would like to double as a marketer.
- Manage projects to a T.
