**Job Title: Telecaller Executive**

**Position Overview**:
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for outbound calling to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating sales leads. Your role will involve engaging prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists or databases.
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings to articulate benefits to customers.
- Record and update customer information, inquiries, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive approach in achieving sales objectives.
- Provide accurate information and address queries or concerns from customers.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in sales techniques and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
