**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Drafting Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meeting, General Meetings, Notice and other normal Company Secretarial Documents.
- All secretarial works such as issue of shares, increase in Authorized capital, Transfer of shares, Charge satisfaction, Charge Creation, Modification.
- Manage contract lifecycle from drafting to execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review and negotiate contracts, including master service agreements, vendor contracts, software licensing agreements, etc.
- Ensure timely review and approval of contracts by relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Projects ,sales, operations) to ensure seamless integration of contract terms into business processes.
- 1-2 years of experience in Contract Management.
- Qualified CS and LLB.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and practices.
