As a Master at White Brands, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and fit.

In this role, you will work closely with our design and production teams to bring our creative vision to life. You will be responsible for crafting, altering, and repairing garments, ensuring that they fit and flatter our customers perfectly. This requires a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of garment construction and fit.

To be successful in this role, you must be a highly skilled Master with a strong sense of design and a passion for fashion. You should have experience working with a variety of fabrics and garment types, and be able to execute complex alterations and repairs to the highest standard.

**Responsibilities**
- Pattern Making
- Craft, alter, and repair garments to meet the highest standards of quality and fit
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to bring creative visions to life
- Take accurate measurements and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit
- Sew garments using both hand and machine sewing techniques
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all garments meet company standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in tailoring
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tailor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and expertise
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction and fit
- Ability to work with a variety of fabrics and garment types
- Proficiency in both hand and machine sewing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

**Job Type**: Contractual

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
