**Programme Coordinator**
- Learning Matters_ is an education technology company. We develop digital and non-digital school transformation solutions. We collaborate closely with schools and vocational training institutions to enhance teacher competency and improve student learning outcomes.
- **Key responsibilities**:
**Learning Matters will be implementing their Spoken English and Life Skills training programme in colleges in Solapur. Learning Matters is looking for a Programme Coordinator who can do the following**:
- Manage the smooth implementation of the programmes in selected Schools in Salem
- Be the first point of contact for the Schools and coordinate:
- **The collection of student data.**:
- Maintain attendance data.
- Finalise timetable for onsite contact sessions with the college and schools
- Coordinate with the colleges, and schools and ensure that all independent study sessions are taking place as per the schedule.
- Coordinate and assist the external trainer as needed.
- Facilitate pre, mid and post assessments.
- Maintain regular communication with customer colleges.
- Obtain customer feedback and take action as appropriate.
- Maintain relevant documentation and assist in data collection and analysis
- Provide programmatic support to LM teams
**II. Qualifications / Work experience**
- Any Bachelor’s Degree. A degree in Education with a specialisation in English and/or Life Skills will be an advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience working in a programme coordination role.
- Any experience in coordinating/carrying out administrative work will be good.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Apps
**III. Additional requirements for the role**:
- Good communication skills in English. Ability to speak in Marathi/Hindi
- Passionate about education as well as customer engagement. Eagerness to learn and work in a diverse team.
- Ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work on weekends (occasionally)
- Ability to travel to project areas frequently
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Contractual / Temporary
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Solapur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Marathi, Hindi (preferred)
