Tirunelveli, India Crescens Inc. Full time

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, and management.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, retention of documents etc.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Find Solicitations, SOQs, RFQs, RFPs, ITBs from various portals, ads and newsletters online and attend pre-proposal meetings and debriefings as needed
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, leave-behinds (don’t know what this means), and handouts for interviews with prospective clients
- Update supplier accounts with valid diversity certificates, additional NAICS codes if required, self-certifications.
- Work with the accounts department and payroll company to set up tax accounts with different states as required and pay annual fees/submit annual reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Work Timings 6pm-3AM IST
- Undergraduate degree in any stream
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Agility and speed in executing strong writing
- Ability to prioritize and multitask within a fast-paced, challenging, and deadline-driven environment
- Working knowledge of Ms Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc
- Excellent computer and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
